Prepare your booking before you travel.
What does the room rate include?
Rp 750,000 per room per night covers 2 guests and 3 daily home-cooked meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tea, coffee and mineral water are included. Boat transfers, tours and snorkeling equipment are arranged separately.
Are the bathrooms shared?
Yes. The homestay has shared bathrooms with showers and seated toilets. See the real bathroom photo on the Homestay and Gallery pages before deciding whether the stay suits you.
How do I book with Alfons?
Send your dates, guest count and preferred services on WhatsApp. Alfons will confirm availability and the total cost. Discuss the 50% deposit arrangement and confirm the current payment instructions and terms directly with Alfons before paying.
How do I arrange a boat transfer?
Contact Alfons with your arrival point and travel plans. Transfers can be arranged from Waisai and between the homestay and Kri Island, Manswar, Arborek, Gam or Dayan. The transfer price list is shown separately. Ask about timing, capacity and return arrangements.
What about electricity and mobile signal?
Ask Alfons about current 4G coverage, charging and electricity availability before your stay. Signal quality can vary, so please confirm the arrangements you need before booking.
Can I rent snorkeling gear or arrange a local guide?
Yes, local guides and snorkeling equipment are available to arrange. Ask about rental charges, sizes, life jackets and guide arrangements for your chosen spot. These costs are separate unless your quote explicitly includes them.
What are the check-in and cancellation rules?
Ask Alfons to confirm check-in and check-out arrangements, meal times, cancellation, refunds and any child or group conditions before you make a payment. These details are agreed directly with your host.
How can I visit responsibly?
Ask your guide for local conservation rules and any access fees before your trip. Avoid touching or standing on coral, keep a respectful distance from wildlife and bring your rubbish back. Conditions and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
Reserve a little time by the sea.
Tell Alfons when you would like to visit and how many people are coming. Plan your stay, boat transfer and island days together.
